Exchange is possible within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

"We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please send us back the item in its original packaging and tags within 7 days of receiving the item in order to receive an exchange. The customer will bear the shipping costs in case of an exchange."
